Refund and Returns Policy

Article 9 – Returns

Our company offers a 14-day return policy for purchased items. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except for defective or non-conforming products delivered. Returns are only accepted from metropolitan France.

If you wish to make an exchange and the total value of your order is less than €250, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Otherwise, our company will cover the return shipping costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we suggest checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank. There may be a processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

It is possible to exchange a product within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the order. If the exchanged product is more expensive than the initial order, an invoice with a payment link will be sent to you via email. Once we receive the remaining amount, we will proceed with shipping the new order.

If you exchange your item for a cheaper one, the price difference will be refunded to you, excluding shipping costs.


To return your product, you should mail it to the following address: INNOV-TECH (TURYK Mark), 35 Av. du Puy de Dôme, 63100 Clermont-Ferrand, France.

If you reside in France but outside metropolitan France, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

Please note that if you request a refund, the return shipping costs are non-refundable even if we handle the return ourselves. If a refund is granted, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Any customs duties and taxes incurred when returning a product from outside the European Union are the customer’s responsibility.

Additionally, the transit time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Article 10 – Rights and Withdrawal Period

In accordance with current legal provisions, the Customer has a fourteen (14) day period from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties, except for the return shipping costs, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by notifying their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement. This declaration can be made by any means, including postal or electronic mail, using the withdrawal form available at the following address: [PECHE-CHASSE Withdrawal Form].

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Customer to send their communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, PECHE-CHASSE will proceed with the refund of the returned products, as well as the initial standard delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day it is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. PECHE-CHASSE may withhold the refund until the products are received or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the products, whichever occurs first.

The products must be returned to PECHE-CHASSE without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days after the Customer communicates their decision to withdraw. This deadline is deemed met if the Customer returns the products before the expiration of the fourteen (14) day period. The direct cost of returning the products is to be borne by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, to sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene if they have been opened after delivery, or to products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or protection of health.

In the case of a partial withdrawal from an order that qualifies for a quantity discount, the discount will be canceled if the withdrawal applies only to a portion of the products included in the promotional offer.
