Article 9 – Returns
Our company offers a 14-day return policy for purchased items. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except for defective or non-compliant delivered products. Returns are only supported from mainland France.
If you wish to make an exchange and the total amount of your order is less than €250, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Otherwise, the return shipping costs will be covered by our company.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we encourage you to check your bank account again. Next, we recommend contacting your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
If, after following these steps, you still have not received your refund, we suggest contacting your bank. There may be a processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
You can exchange a product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the order. If the exchanged product is more expensive than the initial order, an invoice with a payment link will be sent to you by email. Once we receive the remaining amount, we will proceed with shipping the new order.
If you exchange your item for a cheaper one, the price difference will be refunded to you, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the following address: INNOV-TECH (TURYK Mark), 35 Av. du Puy de Dôme, 63100 Clermont-Ferrand, France.
If you reside in France but outside of mainland France, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note that if you request a refund, the return shipping costs are not refundable, even if we handle the return ourselves. If a refund is granted, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Any potential customs duties and taxes incurred when returning a product from outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
Furthermore, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
Article 10 – Rights and Withdrawal Period
In accordance with applicable laws, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or incur any penalties, except for the return costs, which remain their responsibility.
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by notifying their decision to withdraw through an unambiguous statement. This declaration can be made by any means, including postal or electronic mail, using the withdrawal form available at the following address: [Withdrawal form PECHE-CHASSE].
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send their communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, PECHE-CHASSE will proceed with the refund of the returned products, as well as the initial standard delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. PECHE-CHASSE may delay the refund until the products are received or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the products, whichever occurs first.
The products must be returned to PECHE-CHASSE without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days after the Customer has communicated their decision to withdraw. This deadline is deemed to be met if the Customer returns the products before the expiration of the fourteen (14) day period. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene if they have been opened after delivery, products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, as well as customized or made-to-order products.
In the event of partial withdrawal of an order entitling to a quantity discount, the discount will be canceled if the withdrawal concerns only a part of the products included in the promotional offer.
