Refund and Returns Policy
Article 9 (Terms and Conditions) – Returns
Our company has a 14-day return policy for purchased items. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except for defective or non-conforming delivered products. Returns are only supported once from mainland France.
If you wish to make an exchange and the value of your order is less than €150, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be covered by our company.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, we first recommend checking your bank account again. Then, we advise you to contact the credit card company as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
If after following these steps, you still have not received your refund, we suggest contacting your bank. There may be a processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
It is possible to exchange a product within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the order. If the exchanged product is more expensive than the initial order, an invoice with a payment link will be sent to you via email. Upon receipt of the outstanding amount, we will proceed with the shipment of the new order.
If you exchange your item for a cheaper one, the difference will be refunded to you, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the following address: INNOV-TECH, 21 RUE MARIE BASHKIRTSEFF 06200 Nice, France.
If you reside outside mainland France, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please note that if you request a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Additionally, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.
