INFORMATION REGARDING THE EXERCISE OF THE CUSTOMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your Order without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you physically take possession of the Product(s) (or in the case of separate delivery of Product(s) from one order, the possession of the last Product).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from your Order by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., email or letter sent by post) sent either

-by email addressed to: contact@peche-chasse.fr
-by postal mail addressed to: INNOV-TECH (TURYK Mark), 35 AVENUE DU PUY DE DOME, 63100 CLERMONT-FERRAND France

You can use the withdrawal form template, but it is not obligatory. You may also fill in and submit the withdrawal form template or any other unambiguous statement on our website peche-chasse.fr. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal by email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from the ongoing Order, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the Order. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the Product or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the Product to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from your Order. This deadline is met if you send back the relevant Product(s) before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the relevant Product(s).

Your liability is only engaged in relation to the depreciation of the relevant Product(s) resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the Product(s).
